Jess Strange, Chief Customer Officer Farmlands

Jess joined Farmlands in 2010 and was appointed to the Chief Customer Officer role in 2022, where she oversees the brand, marketing, customer, and Farmlands Card functions. Jess believes delivering true customer experience is in the Co-op’s DNA, her role is designed to ensure the voice of the customer is heard and their experience seamless.

Jess played a key role in bringing together the two Co-operatives when Combined Rural Traders Limited (CRT) and Farmlands merged in 2013 and led the brand strategy and roll-out for the new organisation.

Jess is passionate about the rural sector and has a strong horticulture and agriculture background. Prior to joining Farmlands, she had roles with the ASB Rural as well as her family founded olive oil company, The Village Press.
