Call or visit your local store
Talk to one of our staff at your
local Farmlands store. If you feel that you haven't found a solution, ask to speak with the Business Manager. The Business Manager will deal with your concerns promptly to find a resolution.

Let us know the details of your complaint using our Contact Us form. Please include your name, shareholder number (if you are a shareholder), email, phone and/or mobile so that we can get back in touch with you.

Phone our Customer Services Team
You can talk to one of our customer services team by calling 0800 200 600. Customer services are available Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm and Saturdays 9am - 12:30pm. If you feel that your complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily, please speak with the Customer Services Team Leader.
