As part of the re-branding process of Farmlands, all CRT Cards will shortly be re-issued as a Farmlands Card. Below are some common questions and answers relating to the re-issue. For any further questions, please contact Customer Care on 0800 200 600.
If you haven't received your new Farmlands Card by mid-August, please contact Customer Care on 0800 200 600.
Your new Farmlands Card is ready to go, so you should securely destroy your old CRT Card once you receive your Farmlands Card.
You can begin to use your new Farmlands Card as soon as you receive it.
Your current PIN will carry across to your new Farmlands Card. If you need to reset your PIN, please contact Customer Care on 0800 200 600. To set a PIN for the first time please visit your local New World or Four Square store.
Please note: The new Farmlands Cards do not require a PIN at BP service stations in the South Island. You will need to sign to approve all purchases at South Island BP sites. You will not be able to use these Cards at unmanned truck stops.
Yes, your Farmlands Card can be used anywhere you would normally use your CRT Card. You can view all our Card Partners online or by downloading the Farmlands App.

Your new Farmlands Card has the same features but with the added benefit of additional security for online payments. We're currently working with a number of Card Partners to accept your Farmlands Card online – more details will follow shortly.
Yes, you will still earn Choices Points for your spend at Farmlands Card Partners. Go to www.farmlands.co.nz/choices for more information on Choices Rewards.
