Goods Returns Policy

Please note that when returning all items:

  • The item must be in an unused condition
  • If you purchased the item on your Credit Card, you must have proof of purchase

Clothing items

You may return a purchased item of clothing if:

  • The item did not fit
  • The item was not suitable for the purpose it was intended (e.g. a light rain jacket was purchased when a storm jacket was required)
  • The item contains a manufacturing fault (e.g. broken zipper, an unsealed seam)

All other items

You may return a purchased item if:

  • The item is not suitable
  • The item is faulty
  • The incorrect item was delivered
  • The item was damaged during delivery


How do I return an item I purchased online?

You can return your purchase at your local Farmlands store or by sending it to:

Please note:
If you are returning the item to a Farmlands store, please email or call 0800 200 600 so we can arrange to receive the product.

If you are posting the items to us, please include a copy of the receipt or a printout of the order dispatch email.

Will I get a refund for the items I return?

If the item is being returned because it is faulty, incorrect, damaged during delivery or doesn't fit the purpose and can be resold then you will be eligible for a refund.

We will reimburse or supply postage for all associated freight costs and arrange for another one to be sent or a refund to be made.
