Important notice for Farmlands shareholders.

We are excited to be nearing the end of our Braveheart transformation programme journey. Over the next few days and weeks, we will unfortunately have some services that will be affected, while we complete some of the migration work to our new system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

  • During the cut-over period (week starting 2nd September), MyFarmlands will be unavailable for updates on balances and accessing statements
  • Choices Rewards can still be redeemed during our loyalty programme ‘holiday period’, which gives us the chance to restructure and relaunch the programme. To redeem your Choices Rewards Points, please call 0800 200 600.
  • The Farmlands webstore will no longer be available from 1st September. In its place, we will be providing our shareholders with an online version of the Farmlands Trader each month. This provides great monthly specials on what you need for your business.
  • The Farmlands App will no longer be available from 1st September.

These outages and changes are necessary so we can provide you with more benefits that ever before! As we aim to complete the Braveheart Programme by the end of the year, shareholders will have unparalleled service from their co-operative, including:

  • Improved visibility of the services and products your co-operative can provide, reducing time spent planning for the upcoming season.
  • Revised monthly statement that keeps everything you like (consolidated invoicing) with more thorough functionality for accounting software.
  • A more consistent level of service from the co-operative you own, no matter where you are in the country.
  • From November, a re-launch of our Choices Rewards Programme, making it easier for shareholders to redeem their Choices Rewards Points.
