Tanya has been leading the Farmlands/Te Whenua Tāroa whānau as Chief Executive Officer since September 2021. She brings extensive experience delivering organisational change, strong financial outcomes and performance focus to the role.
James has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since 2021. He has extensive Farmlands/Te Whenua Tāroa leadership experience, having joined the co-operative in 2014 and held several senior finance roles during this time.
Chris joined Farmlands/Te Whenua Tāroa in December 2021 as Chief Merchandising Officer. He is responsible for relationships with the over 1,100 suppliers of products sold through our network of stores and direct-to-customer sales channels, all ultimately ending up on our customers’ whenua (land).
Rebecca (Bec) Edwards joined Farmlands/Te Whenua Tāroa in September 2022 as Chief People Officer. Bec has held senior operations leadership roles in complex customer safety and security environments including aviation and has senior leadership expertise in people and safety in manufacturing, civil engineering, wholesale, food and retail industries across Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and United States.
Blair joined the Farmlands/Te Whenua Tāroa whānau in the new year of 2023 as Chief Sales Officer. Blair is looking forward to contributing to the growth ambitions of Farmlanders and customers. He has an impressive background in sales including six years at Sanford Limited, most recently as GM Global Sales.
Scott has been General Manager of Strategy and Business Performance since 2021, having previously held the role of Head of Strategy and Planning for two years. Scott is responsible for driving Farmlands/Te Whenua Tāroa strategy with a focus on delivering commercial outcomes and for developing and leading Farmlands’ Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy.
Caleb joined Farmlands as Chief Supply Chain Officer in July 2023. He is responsible for manufacturing, forecasting, purchasing and moving product to our branches and direct to customers and shareholders across all sales channels.
