Lost, Stolen or Replacement Cards

My card has been stolen/is lost - what do I do?
As soon as possible call 0800 200 600 and let us know of the loss and we will arrange a new card for you if necessary.


How do I order a new or extra Card?
Complete the Additional Card application form and send your request to us, or call 0800 200 600.
Individual, Joint or Partnership Additional Card application form 
Company or Trust Additional Card application form 


My card isn't working - how do I get a new one?

Call 0800 200 600 and let us know what is wrong, we can then arrange a new card for you if necessary.
