WE'VE CHANGED MYFARMLANDS TO MAKE IT EVEN EASIER
TO DO BUSINESS WITH US.

MyFarmlands is our online shareholder portal. It allows you to view current and old statements, pay your account online, view your online order history and update your account details.

MyFarmlands has been updated. This means if you are a MyFarmlands user, you will need to re-register for the service.

We are asking shareholders to re-register for privacy and security reasons. Your privacy is important to us and as MyFarmlands is on a different platform, we did not want to risk your private data by migrating it across.

If you have never used MyFarmlands before, there has never been a better time! We are working on some exciting additions to the site, which our new platform can help us deliver. Keep an eye out for these changes, as we bring our shareholders the best online experience possible – the co-operative experience.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is MyFarmlands?

MyFarmlands is our online shareholder portal, accessible through the Farmlands website. MyFarmlands allows shareholders to view current and old statements, pay your account online, view your online order history and update your account details.

What is changing?

MyFarmlands is now a new platform. Anyone trying to access MyFarmlands needs to 're-register' and create new log in details.

What happens if I changed my log in details before 7th December 2020?

As MyFarmlands was on the old platform until the 7th December 2020, anyone wanting to access MyFarmlands after this date will need to re-register on the new platform.

Why should I re-register when I already have a log in?

We want to keep your information safe. We need shareholders to re-register, rather than transfer existing log in details, because we didn’t want to compromise your personal data by migrating it to the new system. Instead, a simple registration process will give us the information we need on the new system.

What username should I select?

Your username needs to be an email address for an account that you have access to. At this stage, you will be unable to change your username so it's important to select an email address you will retain access to (for example, a personal email address rather than a work email address). Watch this space - we will be introducing further functionality soon which includes changing your username.

Why is MyFarmlands moving to another platform?

The previous MyFarmlands was out of date. We want our shareholders to have the best experience with us, whether it’s in person, on the phone or online. Our new platform also means we can make improvements (which we want to do), whereas we could not do this before. A new platform will allow us to launch new features as and when they become available.

I have multiple Accounts. Can these be registered for MyFarmlands as well?

If you have multiple Accounts, you will need to register it with a unique Card number and unique email address. We are unable to have multiple Farmlands Accounts under the same MyFarmlands account at this stage. We will notify you when this feature is ready.

My Farmlands Card has been lost/has expired. What should I do?

Please email ask@farmlands.co.nz or call us on 0800 200 600 and we will re-issue you your Card.

You will need to wait 5-10 working days for your new Card to arrive before re-registering.

I have lost the screen with the verification code on it. What should I do?

You need to restart the process again. Unfortunately, once the window/browser screen has been closed or exited it cannot be retrieved again.

When you begin the registration process again, please do not close the screen and copy/ type the verification code into the verification box.

I am using Internet Explorer 11 and it is not working well. What can I do?

Please do not use Internet Explorer 11 for MyFarmlands, as it is an unsupported browser. For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome.
