Mobil & Allied Weekly Diesel & Petrol at Pump - Farmlands Price Offer

Farmlands provide farmers and growers a discount on Diesel and Petrol at selected Mobil and Allied Service Station and Fuel Stop (“Mobil & Allied", “Sites”) locations every day.

 

Mobil & Allied Weekly Diesel Offer

The Weekly Diesel Offer* may apply for seven days for diesel purchased at Mobil and Allied sites on your Farmlands Card. The price quoted for diesel in the weekly email and/or update via MyFarmlands is the price that will be charged to your Farmlands Account for the applicable period and time of transaction.

The applicable discount applied will be a minimum of 16c per litre (incl. GST) off the Mobil National List Price, not the price displayed at pump. This offer does not apply to petrol prices at pump.

The Weekly diesel offer applies to:

  • Diesel
  • Mobil Diesel Efficient
  • Synergy Diesel
  • Extra Diesel

 

Mobil Petrol Discount at Pump Offer

The 16c off per litre Petrol discount offer is applicable for petrol only at selected Mobil sites. This offer does not apply to diesel prices at pump.

The following Petrol types qualify for 16c discount per litre.

  • High Octane Petrol
  • Premium Unleaded Petrol
  • Synergy Supreme Petrol
  • Synergy Supreme + Petrol
  • Synergy Extra Unleaded Petrol
  • Unleaded 91 Petrol

 

Allied Petrol Discount at Pump Offer

The 6c off per litre Petrol discount offer’ is applicable for petrol only at selected Allied sites. This offer does not apply to diesel prices at pump.

The following Petrol types qualify for 6c discount per litre.

  • 91 Petrol
  • 95 Petrol

 

General terms and conditions:

1. Any purchase of Diesel or Petrol at selected Mobil & Allied Sites on your Farmlands card (hereinafter referred to as “Offer”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Offer is offered by Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited of 535 Wairakei Road, Burnside, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand (“Farmlands”) to Farmlands shareholders.

3. For the purpose of the Offer, “Farmlands Shareholder” means the primary account holder of a Farmlands Shareholder account.

4. The Offer is open to Farmlands shareholders only, and who purchase Diesel and Petrol at the selected Mobil & Allied sites using their Farmlands Card. This Offer does not apply in conjunction with any other offer.

Some individual Mobil and Allied stations are independently owned and operated and may, from time to time, run their own in-store diesel promotions or special pricing that Farmlands does not apply. Transactions made using the Farmlands Card at these sites will still be processed at the pre-agreed Farmlands weekly rate, and not at any in-store promotional price.

The Farmlands–Mobil & Allied fuel offer does not guarantee the lowest available price at all times but rather provides shareholders with consistent and competitive national pricing.

5. Employees of Farmlands (who are also Farmlands shareholders) are eligible to participate in the Offer.

6. Farmlands reserves the right to request proof of a participant’s eligibility if there is a doubt over his/her eligibility for the Offer and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry to the Offer or that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

7. The Mobil & Allied Diesel & Petrol at Pump Offers, are available nationwide at selected Mobil & Allied branded sites. Prices are subject to change and may differ from the advertised price at the pump.

9. Farmlands may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Offer or these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason and shall not be liable to any participant for any loss or damage incurred as a result.

10.Farmlands takes no responsibility for omission, interruption, defect, failures of any network, inability to access the Offer, or any other error or malfunction in respect of the Offer and any failure to use the services at Mobil or Allied.

11. Except for liability that may not by law be excluded, Farmlands shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or this Offer for any cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by any participant, even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable, and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

12. These Terms and Conditions are governed by New Zealand law, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

13. Participants in the Offer agree not to make any commercial or business use of the Offer to resell or commercially benefit from any part or aspect of the Offer.

 

*The weekly diesel price at Mobil & Allied sites is as advertised by Farmlands on a weekly basis and may change from time to time.
