Quote Pricing and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all quotes issued by Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited (“Farmlands”) with effect from 1 April 2026.

1. All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are exclusive of GST and freight, unless otherwise stated.
2. The quote is valid for five (5) business days from the date of issue, unless withdrawn earlier by Farmlands.
3. Quotes are non‑binding. Final pricing and supply are subject to and conditional upon entry into a binding Sales Agreement or Sales Order confirmed in writing by Farmlands.
4. Pricing is indicative only and subject to change prior to order confirmation. Farmlands may adjust pricing and apply surcharges in accordance with Farmlands’ Freight Terms as published on and updated from time‑to‑time on the Farmlands website at https://www.farmlands.co.nz/. Without limitation, such adjustments or surcharges may reflect increases in product costs, freight, logistics, energy, currency, compliance, or associated holding or supply‑chain costs arising after the date of this quote.
5. Farmlands may suspend, withdraw, or amend the pricing and delivery timing of any quote where performance is affected by events beyond its reasonable control, including (without limitation) global or regional crises, freight or port disruption, supply chain disruption, industrial action, natural events, or changes in law or regulatory requirements.
6. All delivery dates, lead times, and quantities are indicative only and subject to product availability, freight capacity, and supplier performance.
7. Full terms and conditions are set out in the Sales Agreement or Sales Order, which will prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
