Terms and Conditions of Entry

The promotion [Mai Mai Competition, to win a duck season prize pack*] (“Prize”) will take place on [Monday March 23rd, 2026] (“Promotion Period”).

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
Entrance into the Prize draw is automatic upon [commenting a photo of their Mai Mai set up under the post on Facebook]. Valid comments are from Monday 23rd March until April 10th, 2026. There is no further consideration required for entrance into the Prize draw.
The Promotion is open to Farmlands Shareholders who are New Zealand residents over the age of 18.
The Prize draw will take place within seven days of the close of the Promotion Period and will be determined randomly. The first person to be drawn will be the winner of the Prize (“Prize-winner”).
The Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
If the Prize or any part of the Prize is unavailable for any reason, Farmlands can substitute the Prize or part thereof with a prize of equal value and/or specification.
The winner will be announced via Facebook and by contacting the Prize-winner using their contact details provided on their Farmlands Shareholder account.
The Prize will be given to the Prize-winner within fourteen (14) days of the winner being announced.
If Farmlands wishes to use the Prize-winner’s name, likeness, image (including photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for promotional purposes, Farmlands will verbally obtain the Prize-winner’s consent to do so at the time of the Prize draw.
Except for liability that may not by law be excluded, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or this Promotion for any cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by any participant, even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable, and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Facebook.
Entrants into the Promotion fully release Facebook from any liability or responsibility for the Promotion.
