FREIGHT FUEL ADJUSTMENT FACTOR TERMS (FREIGHT TERMS)

These Freight Terms apply from 15 April 2026 and apply to all orders placed with Farmlands other than through Sales Agreements regardless of whether the order is placed via FarmlandsPRO, email or text. These Freight Terms must be read in conjunction with:

• Sales Orders Terms;
• Order Confirmation;
• Sales Agreements Terms (if the order is placed as a Sales Agreement via FarmlandsPRO); and the
• Farmlands Account and Card Terms and Conditions (General Terms) which are available on the Farmlands website at www.farmlands.co.nz.

Freight Pricing

All orders include costs for freight and delivery to the specified delivery address on the Order Confirmation and are estimates only. Farmlands reserves the right to recalculate freight costs at the date of Delivery or add a Fuel Adjustment Factor by way of a surcharge to cover any increased costs in Fuel (FAF Surcharge) to the final invoice.

Promotional Pricing

Any promotional offers for Freight including but not limited to Free Delivery with minimum purchase levels may be subject to a FAF Surcharge for any delivery not occurring on a scheduled delivery date within one week of the Order being made.

Changes to these Terms

Farmlands may amend or vary these Terms from time to time, by publishing a new version of these Freight Terms on the Farmlands Website: www.farmlands.co.nz - Farmlands Terms and Conditions.

Any amendments or variations to these Freight Terms will apply from the date that the updated terms are published on the website.
