His career spans both the supply side of the industry and hands-on support as a grower services representative for one of New Zealand’s leading kiwifruit growing and packing businesses. Having worked through both the highs and lows of the kiwifruit industry, he offers a grounded and practical understanding of the challenges and opportunities growers face.

A strong advocate for the co-operative model, Dwayne believes in its power to drive value and long-term success for New Zealand’s primary industries. He is committed to helping growers and farmers succeed, with a focus on delivering practical, tailored support and fostering long-term, trusted relationships within the industry.
