Lachlan joins Farmlands with over 37 years’ horticultural experience and during this time has held various roles across the sector including orchard management, general management of largescale orchard operations, Horticultural consultancy and technical advisor. Driving efficiency and profitability across orchard operations has been a focus of Lachlan’s throughout his career, this aligns well with Farmlands strategic goal of increasing productivity and profitability for shareholders, this will be a key focus of the horticultural team.
