Terms and Conditions for Farmlands Retail Stores

Promotion Overview

Promotion Name: Diesel Dog Returns
Promotion Period: 1 May 2026 – 30 June 2026 (or while stocks last)
Promoter: Gallagher Group Limited, 181 Kahikatea Drive, Hamilton 3206, New Zealand

1. Eligibility

1.1 This promotion is available to customers purchasing from Farmlands retail stores in New Zealand only.

1.2 The promotion is only valid for in-store purchases. Online purchases are excluded unless specifically stated by Farmlands.

2. Qualifying Purchase Requirements

2.1 To receive one (1) FREE Diesel Dog plush toy, customers must:

Purchase qualifying Gallagher Electrics products totaling $600.00 or more (including GST) in a single transaction
Complete the purchase during the promotion period (1 May 2026 – 30 June 2026)

2.2 Qualifying Products:

Gallagher electric fence energizers (all models)
Gallagher fence testers and voltage meters
Gallagher reels and accessories
Gallagher insulators
Gallagher electric fencing accessories and components

3. Diesel Dog Distribution

3.1 Limit of one (1) Diesel Dog plush toy per customer per qualifying transaction.

3.2 Purchases exceeding $600 do NOT qualify for multiple Diesel Dogs. Regardless of transaction value ($600, $1,200, or higher), only one (1) Diesel Dog will be provided per transaction.

3.3 Customers who make multiple separate qualifying transactions on different dates may only receive one (1) Diesel Dog per transaction, subject to stock availability.

3.4 Diesel Dog plush toys must be collected at the time of purchase. No retrospective claims will be accepted for purchases made prior to the promotion period or without collection at point of sale.

3.5 Diesel Dog plush toys cannot be:

Sold separately
Exchanged for cash or credit
Returned or refunded separately from the qualifying purchase
Transferred, sold, or exchanged between customers
Claimed separately from a qualifying purchase

3.6 This promotion is subject to stock availability. Once stocks are exhausted, the promotion ends immediately. Stores are not obligated to provide rain checks or alternative compensation if stocks run out.
