Farmlands Everyday Value Price (“EDVP”) Promotion

Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Promotion is deemed as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
2. The EDVP Promotion provides Farmlands customers with low prices for longer and is unlikely to be on other Farmlands’ Promotions. After a reasonable period of time, the price may change.
3. The prices of all products in the EDVP Promotion are low, so Purchasers/Shareholders will have no further discounts or shareholder discounts.
4. The Promotion is offered by Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited of 535 Wairakei Road, Burnside, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand (“Farmlands”).
5. The Promotion is open to all Farmlands Customers who are New Zealand residents, including Farmlands Shareholders and employees.
6. EDVP Promotion products are labelled as “Everyday Value”, in green colour.
7. If Farmlands becomes aware of any unavailability of products in the EDVP Promotion for any reason, Farmlands in its sole discretion reserves the right to withdraw the products from the Promotion at any time. In such event, Farmlands shall not be liable to anyone (including purchasers/ shareholders) for any loss or damage incurred as a result.
8. If the EDVP Promotion is unavailable for any reason, Farmlands in its sole discretion reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion.
9. Farmlands’ decisions on all matters will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Farmlands may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or any/all the Terms and Conditions contained herein at any time and for any reason without notice to you and shall not be liable to anyone, including Purchasers/Shareholders for any loss or damage incurred as a result. If applicable, any revised terms will take effect when they are posted on the Farmlands website and your purchase of products available in the Promotion means you agree to any revised terms.
11. Farmlands takes no responsibility for omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access telecommunications network services, or any other error or malfunction in any respect of the Promotion.
12. Except for liability that may not by law be excluded, Farmlands shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or this Promotion for any cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by anyone, including Purchasers/Shareholders even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable, and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
13. These Terms and Conditions are governed by New Zealand law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
