Event: Farmlands Calf Rearing Roadshow 2025

Prize: Stallion Calf Open Trough 50 Teat 500L Single Axle Feeder, valued at $5,784.50 (Incl. GST)

Promoter: Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited

Summary: Register your attendance at the Farmlands Calf Rearing Roadshow 2025 (“Event”) and be in the draw to win the spot prize of a Stallion Calf Open Trough 50 Teat 500L Single Axle Feeder (“Prize”). 

Event Period: 28 May 2025 to 15 July 2025

 

Terms and Conditions of Entry:

  1. Entry into the Prize draw is completed upon registration of attendance at the Farmlands Calf Rearing Roadshow 2025 “Event”. Entry is conditional upon the entrant consenting to their contact information being shared with Farmer Mutual Group (“FMG") for the purpose of discussing their insurance needs and the potential provision of FMG services. There is no further consideration required for entry into the Prize draw.

  2. By entering the Prize draw, entrant agree to be contacted by Farmlands and FMG.

  3. Entries into the Prize draw is limited to one (1) entry per person. To be eligible, entrants must have attended at least one of the Events.

  4. The Prize draw will be conducted on or before the 31st July 2025, and the winner will be randomly selected. The first entry drawn will be deemed the winner of the Prize.  

  5. The Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. 

  6. If the Prize or any part of the Prize is unavailable for any reason, Farmlands can substitute the Prize or part thereof with a prize of equal value and/or specification. 

  7. Delivery of the Prize will be organised with the Prize-winner within 7 days of the winner being drawn. The Prize-winner must collect the Prize at their sole expense. If the Prize winner cannot be contacted with his or her provided contact details or other means, the Prize may, at the Promoter’s sole discretion be forfeited.

  8. The Promotion is open to Farmlands Shareholders and non-Shareholders who are New Zealand residents. 

  9. Employees of Farmlands (both Shareholders and Non-shareholders) are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw.

  10. If Farmlands and FMG wish to use the Prize-winner’s name, likeness, image (including photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for promotional purposes, Farmlands will verbally obtain the Prize-winner’s consent to do so at the time of the Prize draw.

  11. Except for liability that may not by law be excluded, the Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or this Prize Draw for any cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by any participant, even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable, and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

  12. The Promoter’s decisions on all matters will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason before the end of the Event Period and shall not be liable to any entrant or Prize-winner for any loss or damage incurred as a result.
