Farmlands Shareholder Essential Orders


The below is the process for Farmlands shareholders to place orders for essential items whilst our stores are closed due to Covid-19.
Please browse our products online at https://www.mitre10.co.nz/. You will see which items are deemed essential; these can be ordered now. Non-essential items will be unavailable throughout alert level 4. Please also note which stores are open for contactless pickup.
To place an order for your essential needs, please send us an email to customercare@mitre10.co.nz . Please ensure the subject of the email includes your name and your closest store for contactless pickup, and the word Farmlands. The email must include the following information:

  • Type of Card – Farmlands
  • A photo of your Farmlands Card (if possible as this makes it easier to process)
  • 9 digit Card Number – e.g. 123456789 (find this number on the bottom left hand side of your card)
  • Expiry date – e.g. 09/24
  • Customer Name and Contact Number
  • Products your require – please note they must be deemed essential

Our Customer Support team will review your order and contact you with the details you provide in order to confirm stock availability, contactless pickup information and any delivery fees/timeframes.

 

FAQ’s

Can I collect my order?
Yes – if contactless order collections and COVID-19 protocols are followed. Please refer to the website for more information. If you are not able to make it to your local store, our direct to site delivery will also be available, please email your instruction to our national support team via customercare@mitre10.co.nz.

Can I order non essential items?
Strictly no.  We are only permitted to sell essential items during alert level 4, and we thank you for your understanding.
