Choices Rewards Online Store Terms and Conditions

The Choices Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the services available at www.choicesrewards.co.nz and should be read in conjunction with these terms and conditions.

If there is any inconsistency between the Choices Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions and these Terms, the Choices Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions will prevail.

Rewards
Once a request for a Reward has been made, it cannot be cancelled or changed for a Reward of any other form.

All Rewards are subject to availability and substitutions may be necessary. Where you redeem Choices Rewards Points for a Reward that is not available, you can elect for us to refund the Choices Rewards Points or send you an alternative Reward of the same value.

We may at any time without notice withdraw, limit, modify or cancel the continued availability of a Reward or the number of Choices Rewards Points required to obtain a Reward.

While we have taken care to ensure that any information provided about a Reward is from reliable sources, such information is published in good faith and we cannot warrant its accuracy. Product images are indicative only. Please refer to the product description for detail of the Reward.

In requesting a liquor reward, the shareholder certifies that he/she is 18 years of age or older.

Gift Cards and eVouchers
Gift cards and eVouchers are only available in denominations as advertised on the Choices Rewards website.

All rewards in the form of gift cards and eVouchers must be used by the expiry date shown on the gift card and eVouchers (if applicable). Additional terms and conditions may also be stated on the gift card and eVouchers and are imposed by the relevant retailer. It is your responsibility to satisfy any terms and conditions imposed by the retailer. To the extent permitted by law, Farmlands is in no way responsible for the quality or suitability of any goods or services purchased using gift cards and eVouchers.

Once ordered, eVouchers cannot be cancelled or replaced. Gift cards and eVouchers cannot be cancelled or refunded if lost or stolen.

Rewards Points 
Rewards Points displayed on the Choices Rewards website are current at the time of display. We reserve the right to change the required points from time to time without notice.

Choices Rewards Points redeemed for rewards will be deducted from your Choices Rewards account at the time of redemption.

Prices (quoted as Choices Reward Points) of Rewards, as displayed on the Choices Rewards website, are current at the time of display. The prices of the Rewards may be changed at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct at any stage any errors or omissions in the advertised prices of rewards and of any fees and charges.

Top Ups
If you have insufficient Choices Reward Points to redeem a particular Reward you may top up the balance by using your Farmlands Card to pay for the Reward in full.  

This allows you to obtain Rewards quicker by using a combination of Choices Rewards Points and your Farmlands Card.
We may at our sole discretion remove the option of top ups to redeem Rewards at any time without notice to you.

Delivery
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address you provide at the time of redemption is correct. Rewards will only be delivered to New Zealand addresses. We are not responsible for lost or stolen rewards after they have been issued or sent.

Gift cards and merchandise rewards are sent via a “Signature Required Courier” so you must provide a New Zealand address where someone is available during the day to sign for the delivery.

Gift cards will be dispatched within 5 business days of the date of order. Merchandise rewards (excluding pick up in store items redeemed) will be dispatched within 15 business days of the date of order.

If the reward(s) has not been received within the stipulated time, please email us at orders@choicesrewards.co.nz or call 0800 200 600 between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any losses you may suffer as a result of late delivery of a reward.

Rewards are considered to be delivered where you have not notified us of non-delivery within 1 month from the date of order. We will not replace a reward or refund you for a reward after this period other than in accordance with our Returns and Refunds policy.

Returns and Refunds
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect reward please advise us within 7 days of delivery. A defective, damaged or incorrect reward will be replaced or exchanged, for another Reward of the same value.

Products and services advertised on the Choices Rewards website may be replaced or re-supplied in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and any applicable warranty given by the manufacturer of the product or provider of the service. To the extent permitted by law we make no warranties or representations either express or implied and expressly disclaim any and all liabilities (including liability for consequential damages) with respect to type, quality, standard, fitness or suitability for any purpose of all rewards provided under Choices Rewards.

Changes to Rewards and these Terms and Conditions
We may at any time at our discretion, and without notice, withdraw, limit, modify, cancel or increase the continued availability of any Reward or the number of Choices Points required to claim a particular Reward. Reward providers may also change without notice.

We may amend these online Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Farmlands:
a) is not responsible for loss, theft or destruction of Rewards;

b) does not accept any liability with respect to any loss, damage, injury or death arising from the supply or use of (or inability to supply or use) a Reward; and

c) is not liable for any delay or inability to provide any Rewards.
Any tax liability, duty or other government charge or reporting requirement in connection with or on any benefit derived by you from the use of a Reward by any Account holder is your sole responsibility.
