Summary: Farmlands invites affected Farmlands shareholders to apply for a recovery Grant, which will be credited directly to their Farmlands account to support the repair or rebuilding of fencing or growing structures damaged during the Tasman/Marlborough Flood Event (Winter 2025).
By applying for and accepting a Grant, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Any Grants provided in connection with this application (the “Grant Scheme”) will be made at the sole discretion of Farmlands. There is no guarantee that Grants will be available for all applicants, that all eligible applicants will receive Grant, or that the maximum available amount will be allocated. The amount of each Grant may be adjusted based on the total number of applications and the overall funds available.
2. Farmlands reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the Grant Scheme at any time, including, but not limited to, replacing the scheme with an alternative arrangement if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
3. Grants will be made available by way of account credit, to be offset towards fencing products or growing structures purchased through Farmlands; additional delivery costs may apply. Grants are not transferable for cash.
4. Farmlands reserves the right to withdraw a Grant where your Farmlands shareholder account is in default or has been closed.
6. Farmlands’ standard terms and conditions apply to all products purchased using a Grant.
7. Grants may only be used towards the repair or rebuilding of fencing or growing structures outlined in your application (“Purpose”).
8. You must at all times keep true and accurate records in relation to the use of any Grant.
9. Receiving a Grant under this scheme may be subject to an audit process by Farmlands.
10. Farmlands may require repayment of any funds credited to your Farmlands account that are not used for the Purpose described above.
11. The Applicant agrees to repay the Grant, or any part of the Grant paid, if:
a. They fail to meet any of the obligations about how the Grant must be used; or
b. They were not, or cease to be, eligible for the Grant or any part of the Grant; or
c. False or misleading information was provided in the application.
11. The applicant consents to Farmlands publishing its name and details of any Grant provided on a publicly accessible register.
12. The information that is provided on this application form will be used to assess eligibility for the Grant. Refer to Trusting Farmlands with your Data
13. Any sales order(s) for fencing products or growing structures of at least the value of the Grant must be placed with Farmlands within 6 weeks of a Grant being confirmed (orders already placed following the Tasman/Marlborough Flood Event Winter 2025 may also be eligible).
