Farmlands Exchange, Returns and Refunds Policy
This policy governs Exchanges, Returns and Refunds for goods sold by Farmlands at our Retail Stores and through digital channels. This policy does not cover purchases made using the Farmlands Card at third party vendors.
Cancelling an Order
Where you have placed an order instore or online and payment has been processed it cannot be changed, however you can cancel your order. If you wish to cancel an online order, call us on 0800 200 600 with your order number as soon as you can. Orders raised instore can be cancelled by contacting your local store.
- If you cancel your order before we arrange delivery, we can provide you a full refund.
- If your order has already been delivered (or in transit), we are unable to cancel your order. Instead, please follow the returns process after your order arrives. Please note that any delivery charges will not be refunded in this situation.
Change of Mind
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Farmlands purchase, you can return the item(s) to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days provided the Terms and Conditions of this policy are met:
- Farmlands requires proof of purchase for the return and refund of goods. Acceptable forms of proof of purchase include: Receipt or Invoice, Packing Slip and Farmlands Statement.
- Goods must meet our policy as eligible for return. Good unless faulty that will not be accepted as returns all of which includes if this is unopened:
- Seed of any kind or mix
- Agrichemicals
- Nutrition products (Feed, Supplements, etc. excluding palatability guarantee returns where the supplier terms must be met.)
- Temperature sensitive goods (i.e. Vaccines, chilled and frozen foods)
- Underwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Food items (including shelf stable)
- Goods no longer in new or saleable condition (including all packaging)
- Goods purchased more than 30 days prior
- Damaged goods (outside of warranty and repair requests)
- Special orders (this includes directly sourced from vendor or made to order goods)
- Expired products
- Postage and Freight costs incurred with purchase of goods.
Faulty Goods and Warranty Claims
Farmlands are committed to meeting the requirements of the law. This does not affect any rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017, or where goods are subject to Warranty claims.
Nothing contained within this Policy will reduce your rights in seeking remedy where goods are found to be faulty or subject to a Warranty Claim.
Any goods that are subject to a warranty claim will be returned to Farmlands’ Supplier for review and assessment. No refund will be issued until such time as a claim has been accepted by the supplier. Where a Supplier rejects a warranty claim, Farmlands will not be liable for refunding the value of the goods.
Like for like Refunds
Where possible Farmlands will make a refund to the same method of payment that was used to make the original purchase.
Locations
Farmlands will accept returned goods at any one of our Farmlands Stores this includes online purchases.
