Terms and Conditions of Entry

The promotion: Duck shooting be in to win a $250 Hunting and Fishing New Zealand voucher (“Prize”) will take place on 15/04/2024 - 31/04/2024 (“Promotion Period”).

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. 
2. Entrance into the Prize draw is automatic upon commenting on the Facebook post. There is no further consideration required for entrance into the Spot Prize draw. 
3. The Promotion is open to Farmlands Shareholders who are New Zealand residents over the age of 18.
4. Employees of Farmlands are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw.
5. The Prize draw will take place on 06/05/2024 and will be determined randomly. The first person to be drawn will be the winner of the Spot Prize (“Prize-winner”).
6. The Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
7. If the Prize or any part of the Prize is unavailable for any reason, Farmlands can substitute the Prize or part thereof with a prize of equal value and/or specification. 
8. The winner will be announced via Facebook and by contacting the Prize-winner through direct message to their Facebook account.  The Prize-winner must collect the Prize at their sole expense. If the Prize-winner cannot be contacted through his/her facebook account, the Prize may, at the Promoter’s sole discretion be forfeited.
9. The Prize will be given to the Prize-winner within fourteen (14) days of the winner being announced. 
10. If Farmlands wishes to use the Prize-winner’s name, likeness, image (including photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for promotional purposes, Farmlands will verbally obtain the Prize-winner’s consent to do so at the time of the Spot Prize draw. 
11. Except for liability that may not by law be excluded, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or this Promotion for any cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by any participant, even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable, and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
12. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Facebook.
13. Entrants into the Promotion fully release Facebook from any liability or responsibility for the competition.
