Do you delivery all Choices products?In most cases the Choices team sends your items direct to your home address. However large items such as whiteware will be sent to your nearest Farmlands store for you to collect. We will notify you when your order is in store waiting to be collected, so you are in and out quickly.
Will I get charged freight on my order?We deliver Choices purchases to you freight free.
How long does it take for my product or vouchers to arrive?Allow 10 working days for your product. Allow 5 working days for vouchers – vouchers more than $500 are couriered to the Farmlands store of your choice, to be collected by you in person.
How will I know that the product or voucher has arrived at the Farmlands store?The Business Manager is informed when to expect your product and will be in touch with you once it has arrived.
