Billing and Transactions

Billing and Transactions

One of the many benefits of being a Farmlands shareholder is the monthly statement Farmlands provides. This shows the purchases made by the shareholder during the month.  The statement includes Card Partner rebates and discounts extended to our shareholders at the time of purchase along with the GST component of the purchase. More importantly, it acts as a IRD approved tax invoice/statement.

The way Card Partners transact with Farmlands determines the quality of information produced on the shareholder statement.  There are three transaction methods for sending invoices to Farmlands are:

  • EDI (electronic data interchange) transaction file: A batch file method which enables multiple invoices to be sent straight from your accounting package.
  • Paper Invoices: For these to be automatically scanned into your system we have developed an Invoice Template Guide.
  • EFTPOS:  This option is available when purchases are predominantly personal spend related transactions.

For more information on these transaction methods, please contact your Card Relationship Manager or email:
