Online Shop Policies

The Online Shop is made available to you under the following policies and conditions:

We strive to get your online order in the post or ready for collection within 48 hours from the day the order was placed. In some cases stock must be ordered resulting in a later delivery. In this case you will be notified as soon as possible. If you have a query about your online shop order please contact your a Farmlands store or call us on 0800 200 600.

Freight Charges
$10.00 South Island and $15.00 North Island (amount is subject to change) for freight will be charged for each order that requires delivery. Please note that extra freight charges may apply at the discretion of the Farmlands store completing the order, you will be contacted to confirm prior to order being sent.

Orders from outside of New Zealand
We do not currently ship products outside of New Zealand, however overseas credit card customers can purchase products to be sent to a New Zealand address.

Electronic Payment
Electronic payments through this site are highly secure. Your credit card details are encrypted, so they cannot be read even in the unlikely event of the purchase details being intercepted. Credit card details are not divulged to the store owner, and are only seen by the authorised payment processing network, Payment Express NZ.

Prices in our Online Shop are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD). All prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
