Terms and Conditions of Entry

The spot prize draw for Weber Q 2000 retail value of $549 (Inc GST) (“Spot Prize”) will take place as part of the Northland Field Days 28th February to the 2nd March 2019, Central Districts Field Days 14th March to the 16th March 2019, Wanaka A&P Show on 8th February to the 10th March 2019 and South Island Agricultural Field Days on 27th March to the 30th March 2019 (“Event”).

  1. Entrance into the Spot Prize draw is automatic for all existing Farmlands Fuel customers upon completion of the Farmlands Fuel feedback form. There is no further consideration required for entrance into the Spot Prize draw.
  2. The Spot Prize draw will take place before the 8th April 2019 and will be determined randomly. The first person to be drawn, will be the winner of the Spot Prize.
  3. The Spot Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
  4. If the Spot Prize or any part of the Prize is unavailable for any reason, Farmlands can substitute the Prize or part thereof with a prize of equal value and/or specification.
  5. The winner will be announced within by the 8th April 2019 and the Prize will be given to the Prize-winner by the 8th May 2019.
  6. If Farmlands wishes to use the Prize-winner’s name, likeness, image (including photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for promotional purposes, Farmlands will verbally obtain the Prize-winner’s consent to do so at the time of the Spot Prize draw.
  7. Except for liability that may not by law be excluded, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or this Promotion for any cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by any participant, even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable, and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
