Farmlands ‘Share your thoughts’ Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

 

Terms and Conditions of Entry 

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.

2. The Promotion is to complete a survey and be in the draw to win prizes, titled Farmlands ‘Over the Fence’ and ‘Event survey’  ("Prize Draw").

3. The Promotion begins at 12.00am on 23rd April 2025 and ends at 11.59pm on 20th May 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

4. The Promotion is offered by Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited of 535 Wairakei Road, Burnside, Christchurch 8053, (“Promoter”).

5. In analysis, we may link your responses to your account for the purpose of confirming your monthly purchase spend.

 

Method of Entry, Eligibility

6. The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents who complete and submit the survey response to the Farmlands ‘Share your thoughts’ Survey during the Promotion Period via Farmlands email survey link (“Eligible Entrants”).

7. Entries are restricted to one per person.

8. Neither Farmlands employees (as well as their immediate families living at the same address) nor associated agencies of Farmlands are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

 

Prize and Redemption

9. There are three (3) Prizes to be won. Each prize is comprised of a Farmlands Gift Card, valued at $500 (the “Prize”).

10. The Prize-winners will be drawn randomly on Tuesday, 22nd May 2025 (“Prize Draw”)

11. The prizes will be made available to the prize-winners within one month from the date the winners are notified.

12. Farmlands reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the Prize Draw at any time including, but not limited to, replacing the Prizes with alternative Prizes if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

13. The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

14. The Prize Draw's supervisor's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. The Prize-winners will be notified using the contact details provided to Farmlands when completing the survey. The Prizes will only be delivered to a physical New Zealand address or a local Farmlands branch. If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts by Farmlands to arrange Prize delivery, the Prize will be forfeited, and another Winner will be drawn.

16.  Farmlands reserves the right not to award a Prize to a Prize-Winner whose account(s) is/are in default of payment or have been closed during or after the competition due to misconduct.
