Summary: Ask a question during the live Farmlands Calf Rearing Q&A sessions on Facebook (“Event”) and be in the draw to win a Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro (“Prize”).
Event Period: 17th June – 6th August 2024
Terms and Conditions of Entry into Spot Prize Draw of Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro:
1. Entrance into the Live Spot Prize Draw is automatic upon asking a question in the Facebook comments section during the Event.
2. Questions must be asked during the time that each event is held (while the Facebook live is active).
3. There is a maximum of 1 entry per person.
4. The Spot Prize draw will take place within seven days of the last Facebook Live Q&A session and will be determined randomly. The first person to be drawn will be the winner of the Spot Prize.
5. The Spot Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
6. If the Spot Prize or any part of the Prize is unavailable for any reason, Farmlands can substitute the Prize or part thereof with a prize of equal value and/or specification.
7. The winner will be announced after the Spot Prize draw has taken place and the Prize-winner will be contacted to organise the delivery of the Prize.
8. The Promotion is open to Farmlands Shareholders and non-Shareholders who are New Zealand residents.
9. Employees of Farmlands are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw.
10. If Farmlands wishes to use the Prize-winner’s name, likeness, image (including photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for promotional purposes, Farmlands will obtain the Prize-winner’s consent to do so.
11. Except for liability that may not by law be excluded, the Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or this Prize Draw for any cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by any participant, even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable, and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
12. The Promoter’s decisions on all matters will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason before the end of the Event Period and shall not be liable to any entrant or Prize-winner for any loss or damage incurred as a result.

1. Receiving a prize is contingent upon being the first respondent to a question asked by ‘The Calf Experts’ during the event.
2. The first person to correctly respond to ‘The Calf Experts’ question will be deemed the winner. This will be solely determined by the Promoter.
3. Farmlands does not take responsibility or liability for any network connectivity issues of Farmlands, Facebook or of the “Event” participants.
4. The Prize to be won will be stated prior to the question being asked. The Promoter reserves the right to swap the Prize if the Prize stated in unavailable for any reason.
