Promoter: Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited

Summary: Register your attendance at the Farmlands Calf Rearing Roadshow 2024 (“Event”) and be in the draw to win the spot prize of a Stallion Mini Mixer Tanker (“Prize”.)

Event Period: 14 May 2024 to 9 July 2024

Terms and Conditions of Entry:

  1. Entry into the Prize draw is completed upon registration of attendance at the Event. There is no further consideration required for entry into the Prize draw.
  2. The Prize draw will take place within 7 days of the last physical roadshow event and will be determined randomly. The first person to be drawn, will be the winner of the Prize.  
  3. The Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
  4. If the Prize or any part of the Prize is unavailable for any reason, Farmlands can substitute the Prize or part thereof with a prize of equal value and/or specification.
  5. The winner will be announced within 7 days of the last physical roadshow event and delivery of the Prize will be organised with the Prize-winner within 7 days of the winner being drawn. The Prize-winner must collect the Prize at their sole expense. If the Prize winner cannot be contacted with his or her provided contact details or other means, the Prize may, at the Promoter’s sole discretion be forfeited.
  6. The Promotion is open to Farmlands Shareholders and non-Shareholders who are New Zealand residents. 
  7. Employees of Farmlands are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw.
  8. If Farmlands wishes to use the Prize-winner’s name, likeness, image (including photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for promotional purposes, Farmlands will verbally obtain the Prize-winner’s consent to do so at the time of the Prize draw.
  9. Except for liability that may not by law be excluded, the Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or this Prize Draw for any cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by any participant, even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable, and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
  10. The Promoter’s decisions on all matters will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason before the end of the Event Period and shall not be liable to any entrant or Prize-winner for any loss or damage incurred as a result.
