Farmlands Lifestyle Campaign 2023 Terms and Conditions – Agribusiness

Offer: Sign up credit (applying to Farmlands Shareholders that sign up before 30 September 2023)These terms and conditions set out how to win a Home Security & Fire Safety Pack

1. The offer is available to Farmlands shareholders who join Meridian, between 1 September 2023 and 30 September 2023 (promotional period).

2. The offer available is: Farmlands shareholders who sign up with Meridian will get $350 join credit per connection when signing up for a 5 year Fixed Rate Plan.

3. To be eligible for this offer you must meet the following criteria:

1. you must join Meridian during the promotional period;

2. you must be a Farmlands shareholder; 

3. you must meet Meridian’s standard customer eligibility criteria (for example: credit criteria, refer to Meridian's Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Electricity for more information). 

4. The account credits include GST and will be applied to your first Meridian bill for the relevant ICP after you join or move.

5. The offer is not transferrable, refundable or redeemable for cash.

6. This offer expires on 30 September 2023.

7. If you cease to be a Meridian customer before the expiry date of your fixed plan we will charge your final bill with an amount equal to the value of the credit you have received . If you close any of your connections (i.e. Meters/ICPs), or switch any of them to another electricity retailer within this period, we will charge your next bill with an amount equal to the value of the credit relating to that connection.

8. Meridian reserves the right to amend the terms of, extend, or cancel, this offer at any time.

9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless Meridian agrees otherwise at its discretion.

11. These terms are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with New Zealand law.
