Your Farmlands Account comes with a credit limit which represents the amount available for purchases. We're required to adhere to the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003 (CCCFA) and ensure lending is managed responsibly.
When you open an account with Farmlands, we agree on a credit limit together.
It's a revolving limit, not a monthly one. That means your balance can carry both last month's and this month's purchases at the same time.
As you spend, the 'available balance' reduces. Once you reach your account credit limit, your available balance is zero.
When a credit limit is reached, transactions may be declined, and payment must be made or a credit limit increase requested before more transactions can be made on the Account.
Helpful tip: We recommend requesting a credit limit that covers at least six weeks of spending to give you enough room to operate.

The fastest way to update your contact details is online under your Account Settings.
Account Settings are accessed slightly differently in each platform – via your profile icon (top right) in FarmlandsPRO, or through the menu sidebar in MyFarmlands.
Select the required fields under Contact Details to update, then submit your request.

Share capital is the amount of Shares held within Farmlands. The shares being offered are ordinary shares in Farmlands. Each Share has a nominal value of $1.00. Farmlands only has one class of share on issue. Each Share confers on its holder, the right to receive rebates and distributions as authorised by the Board and to share in the distribution of the surplus assets of Farmlands in accordance with the Rules.
To become a Shareholder, there is a one-off requirement for you to purchase 500 shares, worth $1 each.
Any shareholder can make a request to surrender their shares (the acceptance of which is at the Board's discretion) if they cease to be a 'transacting' shareholder. Shares can also be surrendered by a shareholder's estate if they pass away, or they may also be transferred to other people or entities under certain circumstances. Farmlands Rules do not provide a mechanism for the partial surrender of Farmlands shares.
