Getting started.
No. Anyone can shop online or by visiting any of our retail stores nationwide.
Want access to Shareholder and Card offers across 7,000+ locations? You'll need to be a Farmlands shareholder or Cardholder first.
Online:
- Farm or business: order, track and manage our full rural supplies range, Cards and Accounts in one place with FarmlandsPRO.
- Everyday rural living: shop essentials for your home, lifestyle block or small property in our online store.
In-store: get trusted local advice and support at your nearest Farmlands store.
Card Partners: Farmlands Card offers at more than 7,000+ Card Partner locations nationwide.
Farmlands online store:
- Select 'Apply Shareholder Pricing' at checkout, regardless of your payment method.
- You'll be taken to the Account log-in page to confirm your identity.
- Log in using your Account username and password.
- Your eligible shareholder discount* will be applied before payment.
*Shareholder discounts apply to full-priced items only and exclude already reduced items, special orders, clearance products, Everyday Value products, shipping, and discount coupons (other exclusions may also apply).
FarmlandsPRO: Eligible shareholder pricing is automatically applied at checkout. Orders are charged directly to your Farmlands Account.
In a Farmlands store: Present your Farmlands Card at checkout to access eligible offers and pricing.
Card Partners: Your Card may be swiped or scanned. Select 'Credit' and enter your PIN when prompted. A signature and/or photo ID may be required in some cases.
Yes. To receive eligible Shareholder pricing in the Farmlands online store, you'll need to select 'Apply Shareholder Pricing' each time you shop.
No. The online store is a selected range of rural essentials. If you can't find what you need, contact your local Farmlands store.

Yes. Find out how to update your Account or Card contact details on the Account Support page.
Farmlands online store: Note that updating your online store profile will not update your Farmlands Account or Card details.
Farmlands online store - you can pay using:
- Farmlands Account (via Centrapay)
- Visa
- Mastercard
How do I use my Farmlands Account online?
- Select 'Centrapay' as the payment method at checkout
- Enter your Farmlands Card details
- Complete two-factor authentication for purchases over $250 (additional layer of security)
You'll need to be registered with MyFarmlands to charge purchases to your Account. To receive eligible Shareholder pricing, select 'Apply Shareholder Pricing' and log in to MyFarmlands.
Paying with Visa or Mastercard: If you pay using a debit or credit card instead of your Farmlands Account, purchases will not appear on your Farmlands monthly statement.
No. Farmlands Gift Cards can only be redeemed in-store.
No. These payment options are not currently available.
Your tax invoice will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Didn't receive it? Call 0800 200 600.
Delivery.
We deliver almost anywhere within New Zealand, including homes, lifestyle blocks, farms and businesses. Delivery charges and exclusions apply.
We currently do not deliver:
- Overseas
- To PO Boxes
- To the outer islands of New Zealand including Chatham Island, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island and d'Urville Island.
We can deliver to a freight-forwarding provider at your request and expense (delivery charges will still apply). Contact your local store to discuss options.
Most in-stock items are delivered within 3-5 working days. Some remote locations and restricted goods may take longer. If there's a delay, we'll do our best to let you know.
Farmlands Online Store Delivery: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order. Our shipping fees are dynamic and may include custom fees for oversize or dangerous goods, weight and location-based rates.
FarmlandsPRO Delivery: Delivery costs will be determined and confirmed during order processing. Free delivery for orders over $500 GST excl.
Not always. If something's delayed, we'll do our best to get in touch with options.
If tracking is available, you'll find the link in your dispatch email.
In-store pickup.
Yes. Pickup is free at all Farmlands stores.
We'll email you when it's ready for collection. Please wait for the email before heading to the store and collect your order within seven days.
Please bring:
- Your order confirmation email
- Photo ID
If you have ordered a restricted item, please note your legal requirements when collecting:
- Hold a particular licence
- Be a Certified Handler, or
- Complete a declaration in order to purchase the product
Yes. They'll need:
- The order confirmation
- Their photo ID
Not online. Contact your local store during business hours to discuss your request.
Refunds and returns.
View our full Returns and Refunds Policy.
We'll email you letting you know exactly what is going to be refunded.
Online store: You can also check your order status by viewing the payment status on your order page. If you see a message that says 'REFUNDED' or 'PARTIALLY REFUNDED', a refund is being processed for your original order. Depending on the circumstances, you'll receive a full or partial refund.
Your order can only be cancelled if it has not been processed or picked up by the courier. Contact your local store immediately.
If the order has been processed and already shipped, this will need to be processed as a return and a return fee may apply.
Yes. Online orders can be returned for an exchange or refund at any of our retail stores (the Farmlands Returns & Refunds policy applies). You will need to bring a copy of the appropriate invoice with you.
Refunds are usually processed within 1-5 business days after returning your item to store. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
Product search.
Select the heart icon on a product page to save the item to your Wishlist.
The Wishlist icon will not appear if the item has already been added to your cart.
