Before you use your Card for the first time:

• Sign your Card: The cardholder named on the front must sign the back before first use.
• Set your PIN in-store: Visit your nearest Farmlands store to set your PIN and protect your account. Bring a valid photo ID (NZ Driver Licence, Passport, or Firearms Licence).

Ask 'Can I put this on my Farmlands Card?' at every shop. Watch savings accumulate on your monthly statement.

Some Card Partners may swipe the black magnetic strip, or scan the barcode – it depends on their method of accepting payments.

• When you're asked to swipe, choose 'Credit' and enter your PIN. In some cases, a signature will also be required.
• Keep your Card and PIN secure. No Card Partners should be taking a photo of your Card details.

• Rebates are savings applied to your Farmlands Account after purchase and appear on your monthly statement.

Important:

• Only authorised people on the Account can request Cards for others.
• Once submitted, each additional cardholder will receive an email to complete the application, including proof of address, valid photo ID, and agreement to terms and conditions.
• Additional Cards can only be processed once all required information has been received.

If you get a new card during the year, you'll only pay for the remaining months of that calendar year – not the full annual fee.

How it's calculated: (Annual fee/12) × number of full months remaining until 31 December (starting from the month after your card is approved).

Example: If your card is approved in June, you'll be charged for 6 months (July to December). Calculation: ($72 ÷ 12) × 6 = $36 + GST.

Farmlands Cards expire every 4 years. We'll automatically send you a new Card before your current Card expires.
