Specialist Services

Real advice. On your land. When it counts.

Farming decisions don’t wait for office hours, and neither do we. The Farmlands Agronomy team brings together some of the most experienced Technical Field Specialists in New Zealand.

More than advice: a team that's in it with you.

The Farmlands Agronomy team doesn't just tell you what to do — we work through it with you. From the first soil test to a full season's grazing plan, end-to-end support that's practical and built around what you're trying to achieve.

Our people know their stuff and we never stop investing in them.

When you talk to someone from the Farmlands Agronomy team, you’re talking to someone who’s been trained and tested and is backed by the full capability of an 80,000-member co-op.

Through our Agronomy Development and Cultivate Programme, new Technical Field Specialists gain deep sector knowledge across dairy, arable, beef and lamb, earning a nationally recognised qualification along the way.

We’ve built partnerships with Lincoln and Massey Universities to stay at the sharp end of agricultural science. And through regular roadshows, field days, workshops and discussion groups, our team brings that knowledge directly to farmers in the paddock, not just in a brochure.
