By purchasing or using a Farmlands gift card (Gift Card), you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Redemption

Gift Cards may be redeemed for goods at participating Farmlands stores nationwide. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or exchanged.

2. Exclusions

Gift Cards:

• cannot be used to purchase other gift cards; and
• cannot be used as payment on any Farmlands account.

Any Farmlands shareholder discounts or rebates do not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards.

3. Split Payments and Balances

No change will be given for purchases made using a Gift Card. Any remaining balance may be used for future purchases until the Gift Card expires. The remaining balance can be checked at any Farmlands store.

4. Expiry

Gift Cards expire 36 months from the date of issue. Any unused balance after the expiry date will not be redeemable.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards

Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Farmlands is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of a Gift Card.

6. Errors and Fraud

Farmlands reserves the right to place a hold on or cancel a Gift Card where Farmlands reasonably suspects fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity, or where required by law.

7. Changes to Terms

Farmlands may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will not apply retrospectively to Gift Cards already purchased and will be published on Farmlands’ website.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law. Subject to that, Farmlands is not liable for any loss arising from the loss, theft, damage, or unauthorised use of a Gift Card.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
