Horticulture Spring Campaign 2026 - Gift with Purchase Promotion
The Promotion: Spend $5,000 (exc. GST) or more (accumulated spend) on selected Horticulture Chemical and/or Horticulture Nutrition Products (“Qualifying Products”) at Farmlands during the Promotion Period and receive one (1)x Lamb Leg and (1)x Chilly Bag, while stocks last. Limit of 3 Gifts per Farmlands shareholding account.
Promotion Period: 1st September 2026 – 30th November 2026.
Gift: (1)x lamb leg and (1)x Chilly Bag (up to 700 of each to be given away throughout New Zealand). To be delivered to the winners by their local Farmlands Technical Advisor after 15th of December. While stocks last.
General Terms and Conditions:
- Entry into Farmlands Promotion or Competition (hereinafter referred to as "Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The details of any Promotion, including any method of entry, eligibility, prize and redemption shall be provided here or otherwise on specific advertisement for that Promotion.
- The Promotion period shall be provided here or otherwise on specific advertisement for the Promotion.
- The Promotion is offered by Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited of 535 Wairakei Road, Burnside, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand (“Promoter”).
- For the purpose of the Promo'tion, “Farmlands Shareholder” means the primary account holder of a Farmlands Shareholder account.
- The Promotion is open to Farmlands shareholders only who are New Zealand residents, and who spend $5,000 (exc. GST) or more on Qualifying Products listed in the Qualifying Products List on their Farmlands shareholders account during the Promotion Period. For the purposes of this Promotion, accumulated spend will be aggregated across all purchases of Qualifying Products made on the shareholder's account during the Promotion Period. A maximum of three (3) Gifts may be earned per shareholder account.
- Employees of Farmlands (Both Farmlands shareholders and non-shareholders) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
- The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of an entrant’s eligibility if there is a doubt over his/her eligibility for the Promotion and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- At all times eligibility to enter and/or win the Gift offered for the Promotion is subject to the entrant’s account with Farmlands being in good standing and not overdue. The Promoter at its sole discretion may deem an entry invalid on this basis.
- If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of your Qualifying Products, you may return the items purchased to Farmlands subject to our Return/Exchange/Refund Policy, and in that event the Gift may be forfeited. Any returned, refunded or credited Qualifying Products will be excluded from the accumulated spend calculation and may result in the shareholder no longer meeting the qualifying spend threshold.
- The Gift is subject to availability, while stocks last, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Any lost or stolen Gift will not be replaced or refunded. If the Gift or any part of the Gift is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter in its sole discretion reserves the right to substitute the Gift or part thereof with a gift of equal value and/or specification.
- A shareholder will receive one (1) Gift for every $5,000 (exc. GST) of qualifying accumulated spend on Qualifying Products during the Promotion Period, up to a maximum of three (3) Gifts per Farmlands shareholder account.
- If applicable, the Gift-winners will be contacted by the Promoter after the end of the Promotion Period using the contact details provided by the Shareholder for his or her Farmlands account.
- The qualifying shareholders’ local Farmlands Technical Advisor is responsible for delivery of the Gift from Farmlands (shareholder’s nearest branch) before 24 December 2026.
- If a Gift winner cannot be contacted with his or her provided contact details or other means, or alternatively the contact details provided on the Shareholder’s Farmlands account are incorrect, the Gift may, at the Promoter’s sole discretion be forfeited.
- Where the Gift includes a food or perishable product, the shareholder is responsible for ensuring the Gift is properly stored, handled and consumed in accordance with any applicable storage, handling or food safety instructions. Responsibility for the Gift passes to the shareholder upon delivery or collection (as applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any deterioration, spoilage, contamination, loss, damage or reduction in quality of the Gift occurring after delivery or collection, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.
- The Promoter’s decisions on all matters will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason before the end of the Promotion Period and shall not be liable to any participant or Gift winner for any loss or damage incurred as a result.
- The Promoter takes no responsibility for omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access telecommunications network services, or any other error or malfunction in respect of the Promotion and any resulting failure to record any eligible entries.
- Except for liability that may not by law be excluded, the Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or this Promotion for any cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by any participant, even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable, and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by New Zealand law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
- The Gift winners’ consent and waive all rights (including copyright and moral rights), to the Promoter using the Gift winner’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion, and promoting any products distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
- Participants in the Promotion agree not to make any commercial or business use of the Promotion to resell or commercially benefit from any part or aspect of the Promotion.
