Terms and Conditions of Entry 

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.  Entry into this promotion deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. 
  2. The Promotion is enter the Farmlands competition via the Farmlands email link and go in the draw to win 20 General Admission (GA) tickets to the NPC Round 2 game of your choice (“Promotion”). 
  3. The Promotion begins at 8.00 am on 22 July 2026 and ends at 11.59 pm on 30 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
  4. The Promotion is offered by Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited of 535 Wairakei Road, Burnside, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand (“Promoter”). 

METHOD OF ENTRY, ELIGIBILITY 

  1. For the purpose of this Promotion, “Farmlands Shareholder” means the primary account holder of a Farmlands Shareholder account. 
  2. The Promotion is open to current Farmlands shareholders and cardholders who are New Zealand residents and complete the entry form during the Promotion Period. Cash customers are not eligible to enter.  
  3. Employees of Farmlands are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. 
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of an entrant’s eligibility if there is a doubt over his/her eligibility for the promotion and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  

PRIZE AND REDEMPTION 

  1. There are seven (7) prizes available to be won. Each prize consists of twenty (20) General Admission (GA) tickets to one of the NPC Round 2 games listed in the Schedule (each a Prize). 
  2. One (1) winner will be drawn at random for each NPC Round 2 game listed in the Schedule. A total of seven (7) winners will be selected. 
  3. Entrants must nominate their preferred NPC Round 2 game in their entry. Each winner will receive twenty (20) General Admission tickets to the game for which they are selected (“Prize”).The Prize includes tickets only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all other costs associated with accepting or using the Prize, including travel, accommodation, meals, parking, transfers and any other incidental costs, are the responsibility of the winner and their guests. Use of the tickets is subject to the applicable venue, event organiser and ticketing terms and conditions.
  4. The Prize draw will comprise all eligible entries received on the date corresponding to that Prize draw.  The first seven valid entry drawn in the Prize draw will win the Prize. 
  5. The Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. 
  6. The prize draw will be completed by the Promoter on or about 31 July 2026 (“Draw Date”). 
  7. If the Prize or any part of the Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter in its sole discretion reserves the right to substitute the Prize or part thereof with a prize of equal value and/or specification.  
  8. The Prize-winner will be contacted by the Promoter using the contact details provided by the Shareholder for his or her Farmlands account.    
  9. If a Prize winner cannot be contacted within 3 days from the date of the Prize Draw Date by his or her provided contact details or other means, or alternatively the contact details provided on the Shareholder’s Farmlands account are incorrect, the Prize may, at the Promoter’s sole discretion, be forfeited and re-drawn. 

MISCELLANEOUS 

  1. The Promoter’s decisions on all matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  2. The Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason before the end of the Promotion Period and shall not be liable to any participant or Prize winner for any loss or damage incurred as a result.
  3. The Promoter takes no responsibility for omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access telecommunications network services, or any other error or malfunction in respect of the Promotion and any resulting failure to record any eligible entries. 
  4. Except for liability that may not by law be excluded, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or this Promotion for any cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by any participant, even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable, and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise. 
  5. These Terms and Conditions are governed by New Zealand law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts. 
  6. The Prize winner consents and waives all rights (including copyright and moral rights), to the Promoter using the Prize winner’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion, and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. 
  7. Participants agree not to make any commercial or business use of the Promotion to resell or commercially benefit from any part or aspect of the Promotion.  
  8. Personal information collected through the entry form will be collected and held by Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited for the purpose of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, arranging delivery of the Prize and carrying out reasonable promotion-related publicity. If the required information is not provided, the entrant may not be able to enter or receive the Prize. Personal information may be disclosed to Farmlands’ service providers and ticketing/event partners where necessary for these purposes. Entrants may access and request correction of their personal information in accordance with the Farmlands Privacy Policy.
