Vote in Farmlands' 2025 Directors Election

We're running our Directors Election online again this year with our appointed election's contractor, electionz.com. Seven candidates are standing for one Shareholder Director vacancy.

When and Where to Vote

Voting opens Thursday, June 6 when you can view candidate profiles, assessment summaries and video links are available from https://ivote.electionz.com/e/FC2025

Am I Eligible?

You can vote if you're a current Farmlands shareholder in good standing. Each share gets one vote (subject to other eligibility requirements).

How to Vote

If you're eligible and the main contact for your account, look out for your voting email from iro@electionz.com on or after 6 June. To vote:

1. Click the green 'Click Here to Vote' link in your email (or enter the website address from your letter)

2. Enter your PIN and Password (these are case-sensitive)

3. Follow the on-screen instructions

Tip: Add iro@electionz.com to your contacts to prevent your voting email going to spam.

Not Getting Our Emails?

Update your email through myFarmlands or email ask@farmlands.co.nz with your account number and "Directors Election" in the subject line.

Key Dates

• June 6 2025: Voting credentials sent out
• July 11 2025, 12:00 PM: Voting closes
• After July 11: Results announced to candidates, Board, and shareholders
